Mir Ali Asgary, CCIM, is the founder and broker of record at Creiland Consultants Realty. Mir specializes in commercial leasing, buying, selling and land development of real estate properties throughout the Greater Toronto Area. The team provides clients with valuable experience along with effective negotiation, time management, and communication skills. Mir primarily concentrates on commercial investment sales, land assemblies and is very familiar with the municipal processes to position each asset in achieving maximum value for their clients. He has extensive experience in completing transactions involving retail plazas, land parcels, office buildings, industrial warehouses, and multi-unit apartment buildings.

Ali has acquired his Certified Commercial Investment Member pin, CCIM in 2016. CCIM members are recognized as top commercial real estate valuation and negotiation experts. The CCIM Institute educates and connects the world’s leading experts in investment strategy, financial analysis, and market analysis. Mir’s experience and merit throughout the program earned him the position of the Educational Chair on the Board, President for the Central Canada CCIM Chapter in 2020 and the Regional Vice President for the CCIM Institute in 2022.

Ali has a background in electrical maintenance and construction, owns several investment properties, and is the asset manager for Rukhsar Investments Inc., a family-owned real estate company. He is a father of 3 kids, Alina, Noah, and Benjamin. He enjoys skiing, golfing, fishing, travelling, and helping others achieve greater success in life.

Adam Watson, CCIM

Partner - Vice President - Salesperson

Adam is co-founder of Creiland Consultants Realty. He started his career in 2015 working for a full-service commercial real estate firm in Markham, Ontario. Adam focuses on investment sales and leasing for the retail, office and industrial sectors as well land developments. Adam has worked on a variety of assignments and worked with high profile clients such as Manulife Investment Management, Lash Group of Companies, Vermilion Developments, Medallion Corporation, Atria Developments, Downing Street Property Management, Briarlane Rental Property Management and many more. Working alongside business partner Mir Ali Asgary, to date from inception the partnership has closed over $275 Million in consideration from both sale and leasing transactions.

Adam graduated from Ontario Tech University studying the Commerce (Honours) program. His focus areas of study consisted of entrepreneurship, micro/macro economics, statistics and strategic management to name a few. In his last year of university, he led his Edge Capstone study project as project manager overseeing a team of 4 while working with the Ajax/Pickering Board of Trade on how to grow their platform strategically. Adam continued to evolve his knowledge in real estate and wrote his final comprehensive examination in Miami, Florida to obtain his Certified Commercial Investment Member pin (CCIM). He proudly holds his CCIM pin, a designation that recognizes him as an expert in the disciplines of investment and commercial real estate.

When Adam is not in the office, he enjoys travelling, playing and watching sports such as golf, hockey and baseball.

Corinne Sarit

Client Services Manager

At the young age of 15, Corinne served as a public employee in Ormoc City Government (Philippines) for six years which paved way for her personal growth and professional advancement.

Her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration along with her 4- year administrative experience in United Arab Emirates (3 years of which in the real estate industry) have provided her with the valuable skills that are relavant in the fulfillment of her work as an Executive Administrator in Creiland Consultants Realty.

Corinne’s clients often describe her as persistent, strong communicator, optimistic, detail-oriented, and trustworthy. During her free time, she personally enjoys spending time with family and playing with kids most especially her nephews.

Jesahlyn Birot

Client Services Assistant

While pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Jesahlyn also worked for a BPO company as a Social Media Manager. Her tasks include creating and planning strategic content for social media engagements, designing graphic content for visual promotions, and editing videos for Tiktok, Instagram reels, and Facebook stories.

Her knowledge, background, and work experience in the hospitality sector helped her in understanding and analyzing customer’s behaviour. She pursued her passion in the marketing industry by working as a marketing assistant/team leader in a publishing company.

Her clients, colleagues, and manager often describe her as a strong person, good communicator, good leader, detail-oriented, and trustworthy.
