He started his career in 2015 working for a full-service commercial real estate firm in Markham, Ontario. Adam focuses on investment sales and leasing for the retail, office and industrial sectors as well land developments. Adam has worked on a variety of assignments and worked with high profile clients such as Manulife Investment Management, Lash Group of Companies, Vermilion Developments, Medallion Corporation, Atria Developments, Downing Street Property Management, Briarlane Rental Property Management and many more. Working alongside business partner Mir Ali Asgary, to date from inception the partnership has closed over $275 Million in consideration from both sale and leasing transactions.
Adam graduated from Ontario Tech University studying the Commerce (Honours) program. His focus areas of study consisted of entrepreneurship, micro/macro economics, statistics and strategic management to name a few. In his last year of university, he led his Edge Capstone study project as project manager overseeing a team of 4 while working with the Ajax/Pickering Board of Trade on how to grow their platform strategically. Adam continued to evolve his knowledge in real estate and wrote his final comprehensive examination in Miami, Florida to obtain his Certified Commercial Investment Member pin (CCIM). He proudly holds his CCIM pin, a designation that recognizes him as an expert in the disciplines of investment and commercial real estate.
When Adam is not in the office, he enjoys travelling, playing and watching sports such as golf, hockey and baseball.
